Half Gallon of Sour Milk

So what do you do with your spoiled  "sour" milk? Especially if you have about a half gallon of it?

Here is one of the things I am making up:

Sour Milk Spice Cake

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 1 - 9x9 inch pan

• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup sour milk
• 3/4 cup chopped walnut
